Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead ongoing ServiceNow improvement projects for an enterprise deployment. You will design, develop, and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and CSM, collaborating with stakeholders to extend and stabilize the platform.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on development across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Experience leading software development projects and agile teams.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate to technical designs.
• Familiar with HAM, CMDB, CSM and HRSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and rollout of ServiceNow solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate requirements and ensure quality during deployment.
