Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead and optimize our ServiceNow implementation across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and CSM. The role demands collaboration with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on continual service improvements.

Hybrid/remote work is offered, with a preference for candidates local to Washington, DC, and willing to work East Coast core hours. A CSA or similar certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of proven ServiceNow development experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in leading software development projects.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development across multiple modules, especially HAM, CMDB, CSM and HRSD.
• Familiar with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Experience with Flow Designer and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Technical Lead: provide guidance and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead development review and mentor junior staff.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, SOPs, and system architectures for deployments.
• Ensure security policies and development best practices are followed.
• Coordinate project team meetings and maintain project documentation.
