Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of related experience, Master's degree and eight (8) years, or 4 years in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience for enterprise
• Experience as a technical lead on large ServiceNow implementations
• Designing scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple applications and business units
• Advanced experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and more
• Strong JavaScript development skills including Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and APIs
• Experience with HTML, CSS, REST, LDAP, SSO, Azure AD, and web service integrations
• Understanding of CI/CD, release management, and platform governance
• Experience leading Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow platform technical direction and development standards.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and support new ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Mentor ServiceNow Developers and Administrators.
• Architect enterprise integrations using REST, IntegrationHub, LDAP, SSO, and web services.
• Design automation using Flow Designer, Workflow, and Script Includes.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and IT leadership on roadmaps and strategies.
• Oversee platform upgrades, releases, and governance.
