Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to provide ServiceNow development support. Responsibilities include SN design and development, COTS integration, enhancement, and SN security risk management in an AGILE environment for HR tech and data analytics objectives.

The ideal candidate holds an active TS/SCI with poly, a BS with 12+ years or a MS with 10+ years, and hands-on ServiceNow, Jira, and version control experience. Strong documentation and multi-tier ITSM skills are expected.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with poly required.
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years.
Experience developing ServiceNow applications.
Experience implementing industry best practices with accessibility standards.
Experience using agile methodology.
Experience interfacing with web APIs and databases.
ON-user experience: UX/UI focus.
Experience with IT service management and tiered support.
Experience creating IT documentation including SOPs and security plans.
Experience working with compliance or performance management apps.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, maintain, and document ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Follow AGILE methodology for SN software development.
Support implementation of SN features and security requirements.
Adhere to the customer’s document management plan and SN reference architecture.
Conduct unit, functional, and user testing.
Contribute to IT service management and 3-tier support processes.
