Job summary

7Th Sky Tech is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a full-time hybrid role in the United States. The role involves designing, developing, configuring, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to support ITSM processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, integrations, workflows, and ITSM modules, and will work closely with analysts, admins, QA, and other developers in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow apps and modules.
• Work on ITSM areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Catalog.
• Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs.
• Design and implement workflows and Flow Designer flows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party apps via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Handle data imports, transforms, and mappings; troubleshoot platform issues.
• Collaborate with analysts, admins, QA, and other developers; document work.
