5+ years as business/systems/product/process analyst.
2+ years supporting ServiceNow/ITSM/workflows.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, reporting, integration, and workflow requirements.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data needs, and business rules.
Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and validation sessions.
Analyze current-state processes and recommend ServiceNow-based improvements.
Support UAT planning, test case review, defect triage, release readiness, and training inputs.
Maintain traceability between needs, configuration, and delivered outcomes.
