Job summary

ICF is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support ServiceNow delivery for enterprise modernization efforts within a federal environment. The role involves translating business needs into clear requirements, documenting current and future-state processes, and supporting Agile delivery from discovery through release. Remote work is authorized with US Eastern time zone alignment.

The candidate must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance and reside in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst supporting software/workflow/enterprise system efforts.
• 3+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• 3+ years gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• 1+ year supporting ServiceNow or equivalent platform.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements elicitation and refinement sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Document business needs as user stories, acceptance criteria, processes, and rules.
• Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Support ServiceNow configuration and enhancement by clarifying rules, approvals, and workflows.
• Partner with developers and testers to clarify requirements and support test case development.
• Maintain backlog items and documentation in Agile tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, plan releases, and support readiness activities.
• Assist with reporting, metrics, and process documentation as needed.
