Job summary

Bravium Consulting is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Mid Business Analyst to join our team supporting federal government clients. The role bridges the gap between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders and owns the end-to-end user adoption lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as a BA or Administrator in the ServiceNow ecosystem, 2+ years in Agile/Scrum, and experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and Employee Center Pro. U.S. Citizenship and Public Trust eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of verifiable experience as BA or Administrator in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• 2+ years operating in Agile/Scrum with modern management software.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Host stakeholder workshops and build structured user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Groom backlogs and manage sprint scopes with developers and product owners.
• Design UAT scripts and run user testing cohorts prior to deployment.
• Create and deliver training programs to drive user adoption and knowledge base.
• Author and optimize internal ServiceNow knowledge resources.
