Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate for its Federal Advisory practice in the McLean, VA area. The role focuses on business analysis, requirements elicitation, and serving as the liaison between business and IT for ServiceNow-enabled projects.

You will lead process improvements, maintain documentation, and support sprint planning with stakeholders across federal engagements. Strong BA, Agile, and communication skills are essential, with Top Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ITSM or ServiceNow project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow implementations and Agile practices.
• Ability to write user stories and break down large stories.
• Experience with business analysis tools and requirements elicitation.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; travel to engagements as needed.
• U.S. Government Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform BA functions including needs identification, planning, stakeholder analysis and requirements definition.
• Lead process definition, re-engineering, improvements and gap analysis with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Maintain requirements docs, use cases, process flows, and reporting requirements.
• Manage flow of requirements from product backlog into sprint planning and ensure cohesive view.
• Liaise between business owners, end users and IT partners to deliver solutions.
• Create wireframes / mockups for user stories and communicate requirements to development teams.
