Origence in Irvine, CA is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Architect to lead administration, configuration, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM. This hybrid role requires collaboration with an external implementer and internal teams.

You will drive platform strategy, ensure operational excellence, manage RBAC and security, and develop custom apps and dashboards to enable scalable, compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IT or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Administrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM modules in ServiceNow.
• Develop and support custom applications, workflows, and UI policies.
• Manage platform updates, patches, security, and daily maintenance.
• Implement RBAC, data encryption, and compliance alignment.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Contribute to planning, testing, and rollout of upgrades.
