Cooley LLP is seeking a Technology ServiceNow Administrator to join the Technology Platforms & Applications team in a hybrid work model in Washington, DC. The role focuses on administering, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, SecOps, Employee Center, Workspaces, AI capabilities, and core services to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years administering ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, and Employee Center.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and platform best practices.
• Experience in Agile delivery and backlog refinement.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Employee Center.
• Manage user access, roles, groups, and security controls; monitor performance and governance.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, releases, and post-release validation.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Platform Analytics for leadership.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions.
