Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an Advisor ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform in a Hybrid Gold River, CA role. You will translate business requirements into efficient applications through scripting, workflows, and integrations while upholding security and compliance.

Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to enhance ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and related modules, ensure platform stability, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, GRC, SecOps.
• Strong ServiceNow configuration and development experience using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications.
• Modifying existing applications and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Creating and managing scripts to automate tasks and processes.
• Designing and implementing custom workflows to streamline business processes.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes.
• Providing technical support to users and administrators.
• Ensuring the stability and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and ITSM principles.
• Familiarity with ITOM/ITSM/CSM modules and CMDB/CI concepts.
