Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Supervisor for PAC – Centrifugal Product in the Great Lakes region to lead a field-based service team and own service delivery from installation to ongoing maintenance. You will drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and P&L performance across a multi-state territory.

The role is hybrid/remote US with 40–50% travel and weekly overnight stays. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; strong industrial equipment or engineering background helps.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of relevant services experience with industrial equipment.
• 3+ years leading teams and coaching others.
• 3+ years of progressive customer service leadership experience, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Aufgaben

• Attract, coach, train, develop, and retain service staff; drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service and sales to win new service business and grow existing contracts.
• Ensure timely invoicing, manage budgets, and improve service processes.
• Oversee service team inventory and maintain SOX compliance through reporting.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and training within the team.
