Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Service Supervisor for the Northern Indiana region, leading the service team across the full lifecycle of rotary screw and reciprocating compressors. You will support sales, coordinate service activities, and drive service excellence with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role is hybrid from Northern Indiana (South Bend, Fort Wayne, Goshen) with travel to customer sites, administering the Service P&L and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant services experience, ideally in an industrial sales business environment.
• 3+ years' experience in managing teams with coaching, training and mentoring as a peer-leader.
• 3+ years of progressive customer service leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local service function for the full life cycle of equipment to drive customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team to grow the business and collaborate with service coordination.
• Manage a Service Technician team that installs, repairs and maintains air compressors and components.
• Maximize cash flow by timely invoicing and efficient expense management.
• Ensure safety compliance and environmental health standards within the service team.
