Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Field Service Manager for Industrial Compressors & Controls in Pomona, CA. Hybrid role with travel, leading PAC field technicians across California and Arizona.

You will recruit, coach, and develop technicians, perform complex troubleshooting, and ensure safe, reliable operation of centrifugal air systems. Ideal candidates bring centrifugal-compressor experience or strong background in electrical systems, PLCs, and controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial sales or leadership roles.
• 3+ years supervising/leading teams.
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months (no major violations).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop PAC Field Service Technicians installed across California and Arizona.
• Coach and train team to ensure safety, reliability, and uptime.
• Coordinate with service coordination and sales to win new service business.
• Manage invoicing and service budgets to improve cash flow and utilization.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within the team.
• Travel up to 50% with occasional overnight stays.
