Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a PAC Field Service Team across California and Arizona, with hybrid work in Pomona, CA and travel up to 50% regionally. You will guide technicians responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of centrifugal compressed air systems while building the next generation of the regional service team through coaching and training.

Direct centrifugal-compressor experience is preferred, but strong backgrounds in industrial

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in an industrial sales business setting.
• 3+ years’ experience in supervising / managing teams of people.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively attract, coach, counsel, train, develop, and retain all service employees.
• Coordinate with service coordination to respond to customers and optimize technician utilization.
• Collaborate with sales to discuss service agreements and grow service business.
• Maximize cash flow by ensuring timely invoicing and accurate warranty claims; manage budgets.
• Maintain service team inventory and ensure SOX compliance through reporting.
