Ingersoll Rand seeks a Service Supervisor in the Commercial Compressed Air segment, based in Livonia, MI. The role leads the local service function across the full life cycle of equipment, supports the sales team, and drives service technician performance while managing P&L for the customer center.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 7+ years of relevant services experience (industrial equipment).
• 3+ years’ experience in managing teams with coaching/mentoring.
• 3+ years of progressive customer service leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license for 12+ months with clean record.

• Attract, coach, train, and retain service employees; drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate with service coordination to optimize technician utilization and training.
• Collaborate with sales to advise on service agreements and win new business.
• Ensure prompt invoicing and warranty claims; manage budgets and service efficiency.
• Manage service team inventory and SOX compliance; report regularly.
