Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in West Springfield, MA, is seeking a Service Scheduler to coordinate service activities for compressed air equipment and service contracts. Hybrid work arrangement balancing remote and on-site office presence.

You will liaise between the Service Manager, technicians and customers, secure purchase orders, and manage service orders while ensuring excellent customer service and timely updates. Two years in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls for service and schedule service contracts, coordinating with the Service Manager.
• Serve as liaison between Service Manager, technicians and customers with updates.
• Manage and control work in progress; report issues.
• Secure purchase orders and verify terms with customers.
• Maintain and edit service orders in MAM/VisiTour; track paperwork.
