Responsibilities

• Manage prioritization of repairs and optimize technician routes.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and Service Operations Lead to prepare bi-weekly technician schedules.
• Distribute work orders daily and adhere to scheduling guidelines.
• Support accounts receivable with reconciliation of past due invoices.
• Reconcile technician expenses with work orders after project completion.
