Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Service Coordinator in San Diego, CA for a 12-month contract with hybrid hours after training. The role starts onsite with 5 days per week training, then moves to Monday–Thursday onsite and Friday remote.

You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, schedule service jobs with field crews, and coordinate closely with internal teams to manage scheduling and communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Thursday after completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist customers with questions regarding service jobs and scheduling.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with field crews.
• Work directly with crews to address questions and scheduling needs.
