Center for Human Services is seeking a Service Coordination Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Service Coordination Department in the Liberty/Independence region. The role emphasizes team leadership, compliance with MH statutes, and ensuring timely documentation and billing.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in related field from an accredited university plus five years of related work experience.
Master’s degree (MA or MS) in related field from an accredited university plus three years of related work experience.

Mansioni

Plan and coordinate with the Service Coordinator on specific issues.
Recruit, interview, hire, schedule, train, and provide feedback to team members; handle discipline as needed.
Lead monthly staff meetings, share information, and resolve issues with families and providers.
Ensure documentation is accurate and timely, including monitoring, ISP development, reviews, and billing.
Coordinate with PR/QE teams to monitor provider quality and cultural competencies.
