Job summary

The Center for Human Services in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Service Coordinator Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Service Coordination department, ensuring adherence to state statutes and CHS policies.

You will recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; maintain clear communication with families, guardians, and community providers; and oversee timely documentation, billing, ISP development, quarterly reviews, and utilization requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field plus five years related work experience.
• Master’s degree in related field plus three years related work experience.
• Must provide valid driver’s license.
• Must provide proof of personal valid vehicle insurance.
• Experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Experience with Setworks, Kronos, Therap and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with person-centered plans for individuals with IDD.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and community providers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate with the Service Coordinator on specific issues.
• Recruit, interview, hire, schedule and train team members with performance feedback.
• Handle discipline and termination per company policy.
• Lead staff meetings, share updates, and problem solve with team.
• Maintain effective communication with families, guardians and providers.
• Ensure documentation, billing, ISP development, quarterly reviews and utilization requests are completed on time.
• Serve as a resource to staff using best practices when working with individuals served.
• Collaborate with Regional Office PR/QE teams on provider quality.
• Respond to cultural competencies emphasis in the organization.
