• Recruit, interview, hire, schedule, and train team members; provide feedback and evaluations.
• Facilitate monthly staff meetings; communicate with families and stakeholders; problem solve case-specific issues.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely; monitor quality and utilization; support ISP development and reviews.
• Collaborate with regional PR/QE teams; uphold cultural competency and high service standards.
