Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Training Specialist to partner with program leaders and staff to assess training needs, develop practical solutions, and reinforce best practices in real-world work environments.

The role translates policies and quality standards into clear training, with strong facilitation, judgment, and support for adult learners across diverse roles. Hybrid schedule with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in training, education, human services, OD, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years in human services, employee training, education, QA, OD, or related field.
• Experience in residential/day/school/clinical/community-based/admin environments preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, onsite, small groups).
• Support onboarding programs and new-hire training initiatives.
• Adapt facilitation to frontline, clinical, educational, and administrative roles.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and skill-building to staff and managers.
• Participate in organization-wide learning initiatives and micro-trainings.
