Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a hybrid role to support our high-growth AI and strategic builder hiring. You will own full-cycle recruiting for senior, customer-facing technical leaders across AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, and consulting domains.

The role requires 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, the ability to manage a desk and place 20 IT professionals quarterly, and a data-driven approach to delivering top talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in agency or in-house.
• Experience placing 20 IT professionals quarterly.
• Recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects is required.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire senior technical talent including Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
• Navigate ambiguity and translate evolving business priorities into scalable recruiting strategies.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while driving successful hiring outcomes through a data-driven approach.
