The Fountain Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a hybrid role based in New York, NY, Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL. You will own full-cycle recruiting for senior technical leaders across AI, enterprise architecture, and cloud domains, targeting 11 open positions.

This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a 6-month duration with potential conversion based on performance. You will work three days per week in the office and partner with hiring leaders to build diverse pipelines,

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in agency and/or in-house settings.
• Experience placing 20+ IT professionals quarterly in enterprise software, cloud, AI, or consulting.
• Proven ability to recruit for complex, customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, and AI/LLM ecosystems.
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime and Google Workspace preferred.

Pay: $50-$57/hour

Duration:6 months. Target contract to hire based on performance.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our high-growth AI & Strategic Builder Hiring. This role requires a strategic talent partner who can identify, engage, and hire senior customer-facing technical leaders across AI, enterprise architecture, consulting, and cloud technology domains.

Selling Point: You will own full-cycle recruiting for Strategic Builders and related advisory roles that sit at the intersection of AI strategy, solution architecture, customer transformation, and enterprise technology. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, you will build diverse talent pipelines and attract top talent that helps customers realize value from our client's SaaS solutions.

Your Impact:

Recruit and hire senior technical talent including Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.

Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.

Navigate ambiguity and translate evolving business priorities into scalable recruiting strategies.

Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while driving successful hiring outcomes through a data-driven approach.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of technical recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations is required.

Ability to manage a desk and place upwards of 20 IT professionals quarterly.

Proven success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects is required.

Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions is needed.

Demonstrated expertise sourcing and hiring passive talent through advanced sourcing, networking, and competitive intelligence strategies is required.

Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace preferred.
