The role partners with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and provide a personalized candidate experience with proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure successful talent acquisition

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited institution in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• 5 years recruiting experience in a public or private environment.
• Experience with relationship management, training facilitation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions at all levels.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.
