Job summary

Consor is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer to lead transportation design projects and manage multidisciplinary teams across the Southeast. You will deliver high-quality design submittals, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and internal staff.

You will mentor junior staff, support business development efforts, and ensure project delivery on time and within scope, while working in a hybrid office/field environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
• PE License required.
• 8+ years roadway engineering experience.
• Experience designing public-sector transportation projects (DOT, state, county, city, and federal).

Responsibilities

• Lead, pursue, develop, and execute major transportation design projects within budgets and schedules.
• Provide engineering design services for transportation projects.
• Assist with business development and growing Consor's footprint in the Southeast.
• Develop design and bid packages and support proposal writing.
