Consor is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex roadway improvement projects from concept through final design and construction.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scopes, budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships while driving growth in the transportation practice. The role reports to the Area Manager and offers hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 15+ years of transportation engineering experience, and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams on large-scale roadway projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of project scopes, schedules, and fee estimates.
• Provide oversight and technical direction for design of complex roadway and traffic projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver PS&E packages on time and within budget.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive business development including pursuit strategy and proposals to win new work.
• Oversee project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with TxDOT, AASHTO, and local agency design standards.
• Mentor junior staff and develop a high-performing transportation team.
