Job summary

Consor, a leading transportation engineering firm, seeks an experienced roadway design Project Manager to lead complex transportation projects. You will guide scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring engineers and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and at least nine years of diversified roadway experience with supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 9 years of diversified engineering experience in infrastructure (roadway projects), with supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and manage projects with responsibilities.
• Project management for transportation projects including planning, design, cost control, and delivery.
• Plan, organize, staff key positions; lead teams; budget, schedule, and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery with clients, public, subconsultants, and permitting agencies.
• Represent company in project meetings and manage financial aspects to protect interests while maintaining client relations.
• Mentor junior engineers and project engineers; oversee report writing and production.
