Job summary

Consor is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer to lead transportation design and delivery across Southeast projects. The role focuses on managing budgets, schedules, and client communications while delivering high-quality engineering outputs.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to business development and proposal efforts. A PE license and BSCE are required, with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
• PE License required.
• 8+ years roadway engineering experience.
• Experience leading transportation design projects.
• Experience with public-sector DOT/state/city/federal projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, pursue, develop, and execute major transportation projects.
• Prepare design submittals and manage budgets/schedules.
• Provide engineering design services for transportation projects.
• Support business development and proposal writing.
• Mentor junior staff and manage subconsultants.
