Job summary

Consor is seeking an experienced Project Manager focused on roadway design to join our transportation engineering team in Florida. You will lead project delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and supervise engineers and drafters while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes leadership in design and project management, with opportunities to influence client relations and technical excellence. Hybrid/onsite work arrangements may apply based on duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 9 years of diversified engineering experience in infrastructure (roadway projects), with at least seven in supervisory or management roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and manage projects with responsibilities for roadway and bridge projects.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, directing staff, and client communications.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery with clients, subconsultants, and agencies.
