Job summary

PJM Interconnection, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake to close, in a hybrid work setup. You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define requirements, craft interview plans, and manage travel and offer coordination.

You will develop targeted sourcing strategies, build diverse pipelines, and use Workday and social platforms to fill roles efficiently while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Experience with intake, sourcing, screening, interview support, and offer coordination.
• Ability to use ATS and data to measure pipeline health and hiring performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions.
• Define role requirements and selection criteria with hiring managers.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and travel logistics with candidates.
• Provide evidence-based guidance on talent availability and market conditions.
