You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and build diverse pipelines that drive growth.

This hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 from home) requires a strategic, data-driven approach to sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in AEC/engineering consulting or related industries.
• Strong sourcing for technical, professional, and hard-to-find talent.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand goals, technical requirements, and team dynamics.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Create targeted recruiting campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, events).
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment activity in the ATS.
