Job summary

PJM is seeking a Recruiter to serve as a trusted talent acquisition advisor, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for assigned business areas. You will partner with hiring leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to translate workforce needs into effective recruitment strategies and guide hiring teams through job-related selection decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in hiring-manager intake, proactive sourcing, candidate screening, structured interview support, ATS administration, and offer coordination.
• Proven ability to recruit across varied job families in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions with accuracy and urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present guidance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define role requirements and timelines.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across networks and platforms.
• Build diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Review applications and conduct structured screening interviews.
• Design and support consistent, job-related interview processes and guides.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications and logistics.
• Create compelling job postings and manage posting activity.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in Workday and other records.
• Track key metrics and provide data-driven counsel on hiring risks and options.
• Lead immigration-related recruiting activities in partnership with outside counsel.
• Contribute to department and enterprise-wide recruiting projects.
