CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team supporting our North America Unit. This role leads full lifecycle recruiting, builds diverse pipelines and partners with hiring managers to meet staffing needs across markets.

You will source, screen, interview and extend offers, maintain ATS records, and drive compliance while collaborating with colleagues across the firm. This hybrid role may require travel and offers opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle recruiting: sources, pipeline, documentation for compliance.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Prescreens, interviews and extends offers under policy.
• Maintains ATS records and provides recruitment metrics to leaders.
• Performs other duties as required.
