Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Los Angeles Century City is seeking a Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the firm's lateral partner recruiting function. This role maintains professionalism and confidentiality across candidate communications and onboarding efforts related to lateral partner hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three or more years of attorney recruiting experience and/or experience coordinating attorney recruiting and development activities at a large law firm.
• Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies, including Flo Recruit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business technologies used for communication, data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of lateral partner recruitment, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting agendas, expense reimbursements, and follow-up communications.
• Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate materials, biographies, business plans, and evaluation forms.
• Communicate with candidates, recruiting agencies, attorneys, and Firm leadership.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting records within Flo Recruit and other databases.
• Monitor recruiting workflows and help ensure timely movement of candidates through the recruitment process.
• Maintain professional relationships with legal search consultants and recruiting agencies.
• Oversee and maintain database of fee agreements with external search consultants.
• Coordinate partner recruiting due diligence activities, including background checks and conflicts reviews.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by the Director of Partner Recruiting.
