Ideal candidates hold a BS in Electrical Engineering, 20+ years in plant electrical design, and strong client liaison skills. PE preferred; badge access for nuclear sites may be required, and sponsorship for work authorization is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts by group members to ensure on-time, on-budget electrical project deliverables
• Define deliverables (calcs, specs, drawings, design changes) and initiate scope
• Review status and track progress to maintain scope and budget; lead status meetings and progress reports
• Develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules for complex electrical modifications at nuclear plants
• Provide technical oversight for design change packages, calculations, equipment specs, and vendor reviews
• Interface with client to validate scope and ensure satisfaction; mentor group
• Identify client needs that may yield strategic opportunities and pursue follow-on work
• Prepare and coordinate multi-discipline proposals
