Foley & Lardner LLP seeks a Manager, Litigation Docketing to lead the firm's docketing function across jurisdictions. You will ensure accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of docket management, collaborating with attorneys, department leadership, IT, and business professionals to track critical deadlines and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of litigation docketing experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory role experience.
• Advanced knowledge of court rules and procedures.
• Familiarity with litigation docketing software applications such as CompuLaw Vision, eDockets, ProLaw, CourtAlert, Milana.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements docketing process improvement strategies.
• Supervise Litigation Docket Analysts and Coordinators.
• Monitor KPIs related to accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.
• Train and onboard docketing staff.
• Audit data and generate reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with IT on docketing database maintenance.
• Onboard new portfolios/files into the docketing system.
• Review closed cases for proper noting in the system.
