Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Litigation Docketing to lead the firm’s US docketing operations, oversee a centralized team across offices, and ensure accurate, timely service.

This role drives process improvements, governance, and technology collaboration with IT and legal professionals, with a flexible hybrid schedule and the opportunity to influence practice support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of litigation docketing or related experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree plus 3+ years leadership.
• Experience supporting litigation practices across multiple jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of federal, state, appellate, and administrative court rules.
• Expertise with litigation docketing and calendaring software such as Milana.
• Experience upgrading or optimizing docketing software platforms.
• Advanced ability to interpret court rules and perform deadline calculations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the firm’s US litigation docketing function across jurisdictions.
• Establish and continuously enhance docketing procedures, workflows, and training resources.
• Monitor court rule changes and keep processes current.
• Assess staffing, service levels and operational needs; recommend improvements.
• Oversee workload management, scheduling, coverage and cross-training.
