Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a large public company or complex global org.
• CPA preferred andstrong technical accounting knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience with Oracle Financials or similar ERP.
• Advanced Excel and large data handling.
• Experience with automation and AI in accounting operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage tight close deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and close activities for payroll, benefits, LTIP, and restructuring accounting.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close for personnel-related and non-personnel accounting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses in line with US GAAP and SOX policies.
• Maintain and strengthen SOX controls, including documentation and walkthroughs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, FP&A, Legal, and Procurement; address Oracle issues.
• Serve as primary liaison with internal and external auditors.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to reduce manual work; validate AI outputs.
