Job summary

Elevance Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analytics Consultant to perform deep-dive analytics and deliver data-driven insights. You will write advanced SQL, analyze trends, and build Tableau dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include conducting cost-of-care analyses, validating findings, and coaching other analysts. A BA/BS is required with 10+ years of data experience, health-insurance industry preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in business or math related field and a minimum of 10 years of data collection/analysis experience; health insurance industry experience required.
• Hybrid/onsite role with 1-2 days in-office per week; visa sponsorship not available.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and Tableau expertise; ability to design and optimize dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed trend and root cause analyses to identify cost of care opportunities.
• Work with raw data to validate findings and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform data into visual stories and dashboards.
• Mentor other metrics associates and provide technical guidance.
