You will partner with business and tech teams to implement improved reporting and insights, and you will engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient data operations. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in analytics, strong SQL and data visualization skills, and experience with Snowflake and Tableau in

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Snowflake for data analysis and enterprise reporting.
• Advanced Tableau development and executive reporting experience.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate or Python.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with healthcare data experience.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates and prepares executive summary reports for top management decision-making.
• Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.
• Develops reporting, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborates with business and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products.
• May require knowledge of products, data systems, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Coordinates with external audits as appropriate.
• Acts as central contact with internal departments and external auditors.
• Identifies opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes to improve efficiency.
