Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or math field with 10+ years data analysis experience; health insurance industry preferred.
• Advanced SQL expertise and ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Strong Tableau experience; design and maintain dashboards.
• Proficient data visualization and reporting; OLAP tools preferred.
• Excellent communication to present analytics to management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trend and root-cause analyses to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Work with raw data to validate findings and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Transform data into visual stories with Tableau for decision makers.
• Mentor other metrics associates and provide technical direction.
