Elevance Health seeks a Senior Business Information Consultant to consolidate analyses and deliver executive-level reporting for senior management. You will design analytics solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows to monitor performance across business segments.

The role requires leading complex reporting initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding data-driven decision making in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Claims, Customer Service, and G&A strongly preferred.
• Advanced experience with Snowflake data analysis and enterprise reporting.
• Advanced Tableau development, dashboard design and executive reporting experience required.
• Experience using automation tools like Power Automate or Python to streamline reporting.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with healthcare data experience.

Responsabilités

• Consolidates and prepares executive summary reports for management decision-making.
• Analyzes and designs solutions for complex business needs.
• Develops reporting, dashboards, and analytics for performance monitoring and trends.
• Collaborates with business and technical areas to implement new products.
• Coordinate with external audits and internal departments as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data prep for efficiency.
