Elevance Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analytics Consultant in Virginia to perform deep dive analytics, collaborate with stakeholders, and turn data into actionable insights.

You will write advanced SQL, analyze trends, and build Tableau dashboards to support cost of care opportunities. The role combines 1-2 days in-office with flexible hybrid work, requiring proximity to the posting location.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or math with extensive data analysis experience; health insurance industry preferred.
• 10+ years of data collection/analysis experience or equivalent background.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed trend, root cause, and statistical analyses to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Work with raw data to validate findings and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze metrics with stakeholders to uncover cost of care opportunities.
• Transform data into compelling visual stories for leadership via dashboards and reports.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data efficiently.
• Create user-friendly visualizations with Tableau to drive decisions.
• Improve and optimize existing reports and dashboards for clarity and performance.
• Stay updated on data visualization trends and best practices.
• Mentor and coach other metrics associates; provide technical guidance.
