Job summary

Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a related field and 5+ years of applicable experience.
- Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
- Experience with SQL Server and large datasets.
- Experience creating reports using Tableau or PowerBI.
Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains databases to track business performance.
- Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
- Develops and analyzes business performance reports for claims, provider, and utilization data.
- Publishes periodic reports and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Translates business requirements into diagnostic and tracking data for decision support tools.
- Makes data-driven recommendations to support decisions.
- Provides analytic consultation to other areas, leadership, or external customers.
- Performs data analysis and reporting with high complexity.
