Job summary

Qualifications

Requires BA/BS degree in business or math related field and a minimum of 10 years of data collection/analysis experience.
Health insurance industry experience required.
Experience with Tableau dashboards and SQL query optimization.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed trend and root cause analyses to identify cost reduction opportunities.
Work directly with raw data to validate findings and develop data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze metrics and transform data into visual stories.
Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.
Create user-friendly dashboards and reports using Tableau to drive decision making.
