Elevance Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analytics Consultant to perform deep-dive analytics with stakeholders, identify cost-of-care opportunities, and shape enterprise metrics and reporting strategies.

You will write advanced SQL, analyze trends, and build interactive Tableau dashboards to turn data into actionable insights. Hybrid role requiring 1–2 days onsite in the Atlanta area with potential relocation consideration; 10+ years of data analytics in health insurance

Qualifikationen

• Requires BA/BS in business or math and 10+ years of data analysis experience; health insurance domain experience preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills with ability to write/optimize complex queries, joins, and subqueries.
• Strong Tableau experience: design, develop, maintain dashboards and visualizations.
• Understanding of metrics, statistics, and data consulting/presentation.
• Ability to translate data needs into actionable insights; communicate to all levels.
• Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt or ITIL Advanced Certification preferred.

• Conduct trend, root cause, and statistical analyses to identify cost-of-care opportunities.
• Work with raw data to validate findings and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze metrics with stakeholders to uncover cost opportunities.
• Transform data into compelling visual stories; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Write and optimize SQL to extract and analyze data efficiently.
• Create and optimize dashboards in Tableau for decision-making.
• Improve and maintain existing reports for clarity and performance.
• Stay updated on data viz best practices.
• Mentor and coach other metrics associates; provide strategic data direction.
