Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology required
• MS in Engineering or MBA preferred
• Minimum five years in electrical utility engineering or operations
• Experience with distributed energy resources and grid modernization a plus
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Support operators by optimizing the distribution system using advanced DMS capabilities
• Serve as SME in real-time technologies like ADMS, SCADA, DER dispatching
• Collaborate with IT and engineering to ensure DMS functionality and future enhancements
• Assist in project documentation: need, scope, budget, schedule and risks
• Travel between MA/CT/NH as required and be ready for emergencies
